Traditional artificial turf is made from a blend of polypropylene, polyethylene, and nylon. It often includes a backing system as well as a rubber crumb infill. SYNLawn is the first and only company that manufactures plant-based artificial grass. Through our collaboration with American farmers, we replace harmful petroleum with renewable resources, including sugarcane, in our turf fibers and soybean oil in our EnviroLoc+™ backing system. We manufacture our many varieties of synthetic turf in-house at our ISO-9001 facility in Dalton, GA. Here, we quality control our manufacturing process from beginning to end and meet environmental standards. You will also be pleased to know that we never utilize a rubber crumb infill, as we recognize that they are a source of PFAS.
